You will be kept informed of the progress of your order at each stage, and should you need to contact us your query will be handled by a knowledgeable person who can help you straight away.
We source environmentally friendly products from small suppliers.
Our delivery charges are tailored to each gift, we use Royal Mail and a courier 3-5 day service, but if you’re in a hurry we also offer 24hr delivery.
Our personalisation takes upto 7 days, and orders are then dispatched using the delivery of your choice.
