Payment
We accept MasterCard, VISA credit cards, all major Debit cards and PAYPAL.
Personalisation
Personalisation of your product takes up to 3 working days after payment has been received.
If you require a gift urgently please contact us on 01926 882003 as we will try to accomodate you. All our products are personalised by us, so we can ensure you get your order quickly if required.
Postage and packing
Your order will be carefully packaged and posted to any address in the United Kingdom
This charge is clearly indicated during the order process we normally use a 3-5 day courier or Royal Mail 1st Class. We do offer a 24hr courier service with Parcel force at extra cost.
Orders are normally being dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. No personalisation will commence until payment has cleared on your item.
Please note that for bespoke products we deliver within 30 days. If you require the item earlier please contact us to check if this can be arranged.
European delivery is estimated depending on the destination so please contact us for a quotation before you place your order.
Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of your order. We accept orders up to 20kg.
- Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to accept delivery of your parcel
- We aim to despatch all orders within 5 days of your payment clearing, your goods are sent via a 3-5 day delivery service within mainland UK.
However please allow 30 days in busy periods, if an item is out of stock, and bespoke designs and personalisation is required. You will be contacted immediately if there is any problem.
- All orders are delivered Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, if you require Saturday delivery please contact as there is an additional charge for this service.
- If you require an item for a special occasion please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
- Wherever possible we re-use boxes to save packaging costs and the environment please ensure you open your parcel as it will not always match the description on the box.

Returns policy
All our goods are personalised. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all personalisation details.
Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on 'Personalised' items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else
If you want to return an item simply email us at info@woodenkeepsakes.co.uk indicating clearly which item(s) and the reason(s) for returning the goods.
Damage in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
If products are faulty they must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Wooden Keepsakes will pay carriage for return of faulty goods only. Customers will be offered either replacement good(s) or a credit.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we cannot accept cancellations.
However if work has not commenced on your order we will do our best to accommodate your requirements please contact us at info@woodenkeepsakes.co.uk.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that as all our products are handmade in natural products, no two products will be identical.
Our website cannot convey 100% accuracy in representing all colours used and wood grains on our products. Wood is a live material which does vary and will change over time.
We describe our products as accurately as possible but size, colour, designs and materials may vary occasionally from those illustrated.
All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If for some unforeseeable reason products are unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted and offered substitute products to the same value or a refund.
Wooden Keepsakes can only be held liable for any loss up to the value of the good(s) purchased.
We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or inability to use our website.
Toy Safety
Our products are gifts and unless clearly stated on the description as a toy they are not intended for use in play.
All our toys conform to European safety standards EN71 and bear a 
logo.
Our descriptions clearly state the age that our toys are suitable for.
